Dream Design was honoured to be commissioned for this extraordinary new build project, situated amidst five acres of lush tropical landscape. The property comprises a main house with two expansive 2,000-square-foot master suites, six secluded guest suites, a magnificent swimming pool, a tennis court, and a fitness centre. The open-plan ‘great room’ concept of the main house embraces breathtaking views, extending seamlessly from the pool to the sea, fully immersing the home in its spectacular setting.

The design harmoniously blends indoor and outdoor spaces, maximising the surrounding views. Finishes and furnishings were thoughtfully curated to complement the tropical environment, with natural materials evoking tranquillity and modern accents adding sophistication.
The guest suites, tucked away within the lush grounds, offer privacy and a unique sanctuary for each visitor. At the heart of the property, the expansive pool area serves as a hub for relaxation and entertainment. Surrounded by vibrant landscaping, it seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor living, creating an effortless flow perfectly suited to the island’s climate and lifestyle.
