Dream Design is a family-run interior architecture studio working across private residences in the UK and internationally, known for calm, resolved, timeless interiors.
Founded in 1984 as a workshop creating bespoke cabinetry for private clients, Dream Design has grown into an established residential interior architecture practice—still family-run, and defined by craft, proportion and disciplined delivery.
Today the studio is a close team working alongside long-standing specialist collaborators, applying the same standard from first plans and specification through to installation.
Based in Dorset, we undertake private residential work across the UK and internationally—including coastal homes in Sandbanks, London townhouses and heritage properties in the Home Counties, alongside projects further afield, such as Antigua. The studio and lifestyle showroom offer a full-scale environment to review layouts, materials and detailing in consistent light, supporting clear decisions at the moments that shape the completed home.
Our expertise spans the whole home, structured across four divisions—kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living—allowing each space to be developed with depth while remaining part of one coherent direction. Over four decades, we have built close working relationships with exceptional manufacturers and specialist partners, chosen for technical rigour, consistency of finish and service standards aligned with our own.

Expert-Led Design Journey
Designing a home involves a sequence of decisions that must hold together. Dream Design sets those decisions in a clear order—resolving the plan first, then developing the detail and specification, then coordinating procurement and installation—ensuring the home reads as one coherent whole when complete.
Our role is to bring clarity and technical rigour to the process and carry design intent through delivery, with defined responsibilities, aligned set-outs, and measured coordination at each stage.
LIFESTYLE SHOWROOM
The showroom presents kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces at full scale, with lighting, storage and detailing integrated as part of the architecture. It is a place to review materials in consistent light and compare options in context, so decisions feel clear and well judged.
