Roberto Lazzeroni was born and continues to live and work in Pisa, one of Italy’s main cities of art. He studied art and architecture in Florence, taking an increasing personal interest in the phenomena of conceptual art and radical design. In the early 1980s, Lazzeroni made his professional debut with a series of important works in the field of “interior architecture” that immediately attracted attention from industry and consumer media.

The Flexform Mood Drop Armchair
The Drop armchair typifies the graceful lines of Roberto Lazzeroni designs. It is one of many pieces he has created for the Flexform Mood collection. Originally conceived in 2009 with a solid ash wood base, the 2020 model introduces the addition of cast aluminium feet. Both options come in an array of elegant finishes.
Giorgetti Mizar Dining Table
The elegant Mizar table has a strong visual impact with its beautiful cast bronze base and unique curved marble top. Perfectly partnered with the curvaceous Selene dining chairs, which exude exquisite detailing. Both designed by Roberto Lazzeroni, for Giorgetti in 2015.

The Chester sofa has become a Poltrona Frau classic since Renzo Frau first presented it in 1912. Roberto Lazzeroni was tasked with its evolution and envisaged the Chester Line modular sofa, lightened and updated to reflect the requirements of contemporary living.

With Volare, Roberto Lazzeroni has shaped his light and airy vision of the classic four-poster bed. The striking design gives rise to an elegant supporting structure crafted from solid ash wood.
