Product Description

Barrel 3 – rounded shapes, the image that points to the archetype of the wooden barrel, the massive figure, impressive, iconic in its all-round development and a perfectly smooth surface. It occupies the space imposing immediately a precise hierarchy to the entire composition, capturing center stage. In its original version it held alcohol and preserved it for a long time protecting it. As washbasin instead the water is to be contained, not conserved, in its interior.

Barrel implements a transposition function within the domestic space, maintaining the character of a pleasing picture rounded form with the reduced base to provide stability and support on the ground to define the “barrel”.

Cristalplant® is a patented composite material comprising mainly of natural minerals of aluminium hydrate bonded with a small percentage of polyester acrylate resins. Since it is homogeneous throughout its thickness it can be restored with abrasive pads and commercially available abrasive cleaners. It can therefore be restored from surface damage such as scratches, cigarette burns, or stains restoring the area to its original beauty.
