Fur Yaku Rug
Yaku rugs are made of the longest and silkiest of the alpaca furs. Yaku means water in the South-American quechua language and Yaku rug holds a cushion of soft air in the fur, making it feel like a gentle breeze is blowing under your footsteps when you step on the rug. Stuffing: softening layer of thermobonded wadding.
Each Rug has a unique appearance, both in terms of colour variations and the physical qualities of the alpaca fur. Small differences in colour shades and fibre length can occur, as only natural materials have been used. Product can shed some wool in the beginning as a natural process, it is possible to fluff the Rug outdoors to remove the loose fibres.
